• Monitor client feedback and performance metrics to maintain service excellence.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or a related client-facing role.
• Full business travel Industry knowledge.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in maintaining client records and managing data.
• A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
