Are you a driven individual with a passion for client relations and strategic management? We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in West Yorkshire. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of office and remote work for a flexible and balanced work environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and develop strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for the management of client portfolios, supporting client onboarding and service optimisation.
- • Attend regular team meetings and 121’s with line manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that align with client needs.
- Monitor client feedback and performance metrics to maintain service excellence.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or a related client-facing role.
- Full business travel Industry knowledge.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining client records and managing data.
- A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
