Part-Time Finance Manager
Location:
Thurnscoe
Salary:
£25,000 to £30,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 3 pm (27.5 hours per week).
Flexible if required.
Multitask Personnel is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable construction company in Barnsley serving Blue Chip clients in the Retail, Healthcare, Leisure and Industrial/Commercial sectors. The company offers a comprehensive service from project inception through to completion and is now seeking a talented Finance Manager to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.
Role Purpose:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all finance activities, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s accounts. Working closely with the Managing Director and external accountants, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
Managing Sales Invoices and Customer Receipts on Sage 50
Overseeing Cash Flow and Credit Control
Processing Purchase Invoices and Invoicing Finance
Handling Bank Payments, Supplier Payments, and Bank Reconciliation
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of accounts, especially in the areas listed above
Software: Proficient in Sage 50
Qualifications: AAT qualification preferred but not essential
Additional Skills: Experience with management accounts and familiarity with the construction industry, CIS, and Reverse VAT are advantageous.
