RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this Warwickshire based business in the search for an experienced Accountant on a permanent very hybrid basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for you to showcase your skills as an Accountant and work with a growing business. Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will support all aspects of general accounting and finance to contribute to the achievement of financial objectives of this multi site firm. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys a variety of work. You'll be joining an experienced Team, all with the common goal of achieving the best that they can be.
The role is commutable from Leicestershire and Warwickshire.

What are the main aspects of the Accountant?

Xero is essential
Preparing payroll for multiple sites
Account reconciliations
Preparing and submitting VAT Returns
Processing payments via BACS
Knowledge of accruals and prepayment
Producing management accounts and reports
Liaising with clients and internal member of financeWho do we want as the Accountant?

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Previous Bookkeeping is essential
Effective communication skills are a must
