Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Level 4 or level 7 certified financial advisor and be RDR compliant, recognised by the FCA to give regulated advice covering UCITS and mutual funds, Individual Saving accounts (ISA) and Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) products such as Chartered Insurance Institute.
- Valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
- Excellent knowledge of financial planning principles and investment strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients
- Passionate about providing the best financial services and advice to clients
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients, and communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Valid driver’s license essential.
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Should be familiar with the broad range of investment and retirement savings options including the UK Financial Services Regulations, Personal Taxation, Ethical Investment, Risk, Financial Protection and Retirement Planning
- Must have a demonstrated history of building strong relationships.
Job description
- To generate leads, set up appointments, meet clients and close the deal.
- To do an investment needs analysis
- To prepare and present a recommendation or solution to the client, implement, review and monitor on an ongoing basis.
- To obtain all necessary documentation (FICA documentation).
- To ensure all associated administration is completed in an effective manner to meet the group's compliance and regulatory requirements.
- To assist with ad hoc marketing drives in your region.
- To effectively service your clients, limited travelling may be required
- Flexibility is required as clients from time-to-time request consultations outside of normal office hours.
- Analysis to provide ideas for new product development.
- Updating Profida Report on daily bases.
- Submitting daily travel reports
- Submitting demographic report of client.
