We are looking for a seasoned SAP CO Consultant to spearhead the implementation of SAP Controlling (CO) module in a global S4 HANA migration project. The consultant will work closely with business process owners to translate key controlling processes into the Business Process Master List (BPML). Additionally, the role will involve developing a global template, ensuring effective rollouts across multiple entities. Close collaboration with development teams during the implementation phase is essential.

• Collaborate with business process owners to gather controlling (CO) requirements and map them into BPML.
• Lead the design and development of a global SAP CO template, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Perform and oversee configurations in CO (Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, etc.). ensuring seamless integration with other modules (FI, PP, MM etc).
• Work with development teams to define functional specifications and review technical designs.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication during the template rollout phases.
• Create test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT) and ensure consistency across entities.
• Lead migration of controlling data from ECC6 to S4 HANA, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop end-user training materials and provide post-go-live support.
• Propose improvements using S4 HANA functionalities to optimize business processes.

• Bachelor’s or master’s in finance, Accounting, or IT. SAP CO Certification preferred.
• 12-15 years in SAP FI with at least two full-cycle implementations. Global rollout experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of SAP CO (Cost Element Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Activity-Based Costing, etc.) and integration with FI, SD, MM, and S4 HANA Finance.
• Experience managing large-scale SAP projects, with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating complex technical details to business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse business needs and implement solutions effectively.
• Experience with S4 HANA CO functionalities (Margin Analysis, Transfer Pricing, Overhead Accounting).
• Experience with Product Costing, including Material Ledger and Actual Costing.
• Experience with SAP BW or other financial reporting and analysis tools.
