Our client, a leading motor dealership, is looking for a skilled Costing Clerk to support their team during a 4-5 month maternity cover.
Requirements:
Matric Certificate (essential)
Proven experience as a Costing Clerk within the motor dealership or automotive industry
Strong numeracy and data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant accounting software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately calculate and process costs related to vehicle sales, servicing, and repairs
Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Maintain detailed cost records and assist with budget tracking
Collaborate with various departments to ensure precise job costing
Provide general administrative support related to costing and invoicing processes
