Job Description
Our client in the hospitality industry seeks a Debtors Supervisor to oversee team processes, ensure timely delivery of documents, and maintain strong client relationships. You will be managing staff performance through feedback, training, recruitment, and addressing underperformance. You will monitor age analysis, resolve client queries within 24 hours, and implement cost-reduction strategies. You will ensure compliance with internal controls, manage charge disputes with card companies, and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

This role often serves as a steppingstone to higher positions in finance or accounting, allowing for growth in responsibility and expertise.

Requirements
A degree in Financial Accounting.

A Certificate in Supervisory/Leadership Course.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Debtors Supervisor role.

Experience in the Travel Industry.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
