Our client, a leading motor dealership, is looking for a skilled Costing Clerk to support their team during a 4-5 month maternity cover.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Costing Clerk within the motor dealership or automotive industry
  • Strong numeracy and data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately calculate and process costs related to vehicle sales, servicing, and repairs
  • Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Maintain detailed cost records and assist with budget tracking
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure precise job costing
  • Provide general administrative support related to costing and invoicing processes
