We have offices in Machesney Park Illinois, Sioux Falls South Dakota, and Atlanta Georgia.Responsibilities:Reconcile customer cash accountsAnswer customer inquiriesGenerate customer invoicesSet up customer accountsMaintain contract data within the accounting systemPrepare bills, invoices and bank depositsContact customers for payment resolution of delinquent accountsNegotiate payment arrangementsOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience: Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of three years' experience working in the accounting fieldSolid understanding of accounting practices and proceduresSolid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulationsProven ability to appropriately handle sensitive financial informationPreferred: Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platformExperience with Sage Intacct Accounting SoftwareProficient in Microsoft ExcelBudgeted salary range:$19/hr to $29/hrTeam Member Competencies:Understands role on the team and works to achieve goals to the best of your ability.Working within a team means there will be varying opinions and ideas.
