Team

The Operations team plays a critical role at Raisin by ensuring that daily processes are running smoothly and efficiently, resulting in great outcomes for both our banks and direct customers.

Our tasks are varied and range from meetings with existing partner banks to assisting with the technical integration of new banks, daily operational tasks, incident management and business process management.

The Operations team looks to consistently build and strengthen relationships with our existing partners through excellent communication, proactivity and innovation of existing processes.
Your Responsibilities

  • Analyzing data, creating reports and presentations for internal stakeholders as well as external business partners.
  • Maintenance and ownership of core business processes.
  • Proactively preventing incidents through daily monitoring and communication with our partners.
  • Identifying and prioritizing innovations to existing business processes.
  • Owning daily payment operations to ensure business as usual processes are running efficiently.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Daily communication with our wide range of Deposit Taking Banks spanning over Europe.
Your Profile

  • You have a bachelor or master degree, preferably in business administration, economics, marketing or a comparable field.
  • First practical experience in start-ups or consulting companies is an advantage.
  • You have very good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You have a systematic and service-oriented approach to work and are very detail-oriented.
  • You are able to work alone and be a great team player at the same time.
  • Your high sense of responsibility goes hand in hand with the ability to work under pressure.
  • You are a strong communicator, fluent in English (German and any other language is a plus).
