They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant professional with strong numerical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

This is an interim position, with a duration of 6 months to cover a maternity. However, this role does have the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices and payment requests promptly.

Support with bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

Handle both accounts payable and receivable duties.

Assisting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
