Account Manager
Salary - £27,000 - £32,000
Uncapped Quarterly Commission with £45k OTE
Location - Ramsbottom, Bury
We are currently recruiting for an exciting account manager to join a rapidly growing distribution business in Ramsbottom. The company have experienced an average of 20% growth over the last 5 years and are now looking to grow their dynamic team alongside the customer base
Account Manager Role & Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts utilising the CRM on a daily basis
• Develop and build strong relationships
• Increase sales with existing and new customers
• Up-selling and cross-selling across the product range
• Understanding the customers need
• Performing outbound business development strategies
• Offering a high level of customer service
Typical customers include Traffic Management, Automotive, Construction, Retail Production, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Utilities and Civil Engineers
Experience required
• 1-3 years’ experience in account management, sales, business development, customer service or marketing. This role would suit candidates from the recruitment sector
• Business to business experience is ideal for this opportunity
• A clear drive and desire to succeed and grow sales
• Enjoy working to targets and within a small team
This role will suit candidates who enjoy sales and regularly speaking with a variety of customers and solving their problems.The company will offer in depth training and support while you start with the company and excellent opportunities for progression into sales team leader or a field sales role will be available for successful account managers
