Desk Based Engineering Assistant Manager ( 12 months contract )

Skills & Experience
  • A professional and adaptable communication style to be able to converse with all Reporting into Desk operations manager
  • Responsibility for settlement of Total Loss claims including obtaining policy info indemnity checks payment requests payment confirmations
  • MIAFTR entry
  • salvage disposal
  • Engagement with Davies Tech team
  • Escalation management
  • Ensure targets are reached, maintained
  • To produce daily statistics
  • Development of team to achieve client SLA’s via support and coaching and feedback
  • Ensure a high level of staff engagement
  • Assisting in conducting regular performance and audit reviews
  • Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service
  • To challenge processes to continue improvement of best practise.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach and attitude
  • Strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills
  • Being able to adjust quickly and efficiently to maximize efficiency of the team/workloads.
  • Previous vehicle valuation experience (Glass’s / CAP etc...) would be advantageous but not a requirement.
