Change Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a growing company based in Perth for the recruitment of an Assistant Accountant to join their team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing month-end reporting, including posting month-end journals
• Performing daily finance and month-end activities
• Supporting the preparation of budget and forecasts
• Producing monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations and analysis
• Responding and assisting with queries raised by internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting with preparation of statutory accounts and liaising with external auditors
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements for the role:

• 2+ years in a previous finance role
• Part qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CA) and active studier welcome
• Experience assisting with preparation and review of month end journals
• Proactive and self-starter individual

Salary banding between £27'000 and £30'000 per annum, DOE & qualifications, plus benefits and hybrid working week.
