Remuneration

£90,000 - £110,000 + Bonus (up to 25%) + Attractive Benefits Package

The Role
  • Lead a small finance team, overseeing financial reporting and business planning.
  • Manage the 10-year business plan, providing reporting to the board and shareholders.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee cash flow management, debt refinancing, and relationships with banking partners.
  • Support change initiatives, focusing on process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Finance, Asset Management, and Project Management teams to ensure strong business performance.


About You
  • ACA/CIMA qualified with strong financial expertise.
  • Proven experience in group reporting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team effectively.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
