The Business

The Role
- Lead a small finance team, overseeing financial reporting and business planning.
- Manage the 10-year business plan, providing reporting to the board and shareholders.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, debt refinancing, and relationships with banking partners.
- Support change initiatives, focusing on process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Finance, Asset Management, and Project Management teams to ensure strong business performance.
About You
- ACA/CIMA qualified with strong financial expertise.
- Proven experience in group reporting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team effectively.
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
