They are looking for a highly driven Finance Director to join their Greater Manchester HQ. This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role in a hyper-growth company with ambitious global expansion plans, working closely with the founder to lead the financial strategy.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, annual forecasting, and budgeting.
• Develop and present fundraising strategies to senior management.
• Manage international expansion efforts and establish compliance systems.
• Conduct customer account analysis, variance analysis, and margin reviews.
• Oversee online sales channel analysis and ensure compliance.
• Manage monthly account closing, cash flow forecasting, and financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including VAT returns and payroll.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams on inventory forecasting and supply chain management.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification with 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Strong leadership, financial planning, and analytical skills.
• Experience in the consumer goods industry with a solid understanding of financial regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
