Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, annual forecasting, and budgeting.
- Develop and present fundraising strategies to senior management.
- Manage international expansion efforts and establish compliance systems.
- Conduct customer account analysis, variance analysis, and margin reviews.
- Oversee online sales channel analysis and ensure compliance.
- Manage monthly account closing, cash flow forecasting, and financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including VAT returns and payroll.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams on inventory forecasting and supply chain management.
What We’re Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification with 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Strong leadership, financial planning, and analytical skills.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry with a solid understanding of financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
