- Financial Record Management: Ensure accurate documentation and integrity of all financial records, adhering to compliance standards.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reports, including cash flow forecasts, sales analysis, and reconciliations, to inform senior management on financial performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and provide inputs into strategic business decisions.
- Audit and Compliance: Manage the audit process, ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards, and uphold corporate governance principles.
- ERP and Treasury Management: Manage ERP system functionalities and oversee Treasury operations, including bank reconciliations and online banking oversight.
- Cost Management and Standard Costing: Develop and implement cost management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team to ensure high standards and operational efficiency.
- Educational Background: Certified Chartered Accountant, CIMA Qualification
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP accounting systems, advanced Excel skills.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years in an accounting role, with specific experience in manufacturing; pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous.
- High ethical standards and integrity in financial dealings.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
