We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join our existing team, who operate with customers all over Europe, the United States and Australia.

Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional to join our talented Management Accounts team at Epos Now.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the regional Management Accountant, taking ownership of key month-end financial processes that are critical to the financial accuracy of our operations.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our financial reporting is both accurate and timely, enabling the business to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will span across multiple areas, providing a varied and challenging opportunity for someone looking to further develop their finance career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily posting and reconciliation of payment gateway receipts.
  • Daily and monthly bank reconciliations and reporting of key data to the treasury accountant.
  • Analyse and review monthly stock movements, ensuring consistency with dispatch and sales reports, and investigating any unexpected movements.
  • Work alongside other team members to ensure intercompany balances are reviewed, differences identified and reconciled monthly, with the posting of currency fluctuations to ensure Group elimination.
  • Assist the Management Accountant with key processes such as balance sheet reconciliations, Salesforce reporting, and revenue reconciliations.
  • Assist and support the Management Accountant with other general tasks as required.
  • Provide assistance with annual audit and tax queries.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • AAT and/or ACCA part-qualified.
  • Proven experience working in a similar accounting role.
  • High attention to detail, while being proactive and collaborative.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with the finance team and other key members of the wider business.
