The role:

As a Key Account Manager for the Premium PubCos ledger, you will manage the full P&L and build strategic partnerships with industry-leading customers. These venues represent a huge opportunity to showcase our outstanding portfolio in some of the UK's most premium spaces.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their commercial results, excels in managing multiple stakeholders, and develops best-in-class activation plans. This role also involves supporting the wider PubCos ledger. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the On Trade, with experience working with key customers and a proven track record of commercial success.

Duties &

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve commercial metrics for your ledger, including Volume, Net Revenue, MACO, CORES, and EBITDA.
  • Negotiate effectively, leveraging trained techniques to secure the best outcomes for Budweiser Brewing Group.
  • Support the PubCos National Account Manager in meeting commercial targets and contribute to projects that add value to the P&B channel and the On Trade.
  • Develop strategies for account callage with FSMs, working with Business Development Managers to support your accounts.
  • Collaborate with a virtual team across Category Management, Trade Marketing, Tech Sales, Sales Ops, and Drinks Dispense to drive success.
  • Define and implement a short- and long-term strategy (1-year, 3-year, and 5-year plans) for the ledger.
  • Execute internal routines and forecasting processes to manage inventory efficiently and minimize waste.
  • Optimize investments on the ledger to deliver cost savings and maximize ROI.


Who we’re looking for:
  • Ideally based in London.
  • A passion for the On Trade, combined with enthusiasm and ambition.
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven track record of commercial success.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong internal and external networks.
  • Experience in Account Management.
  • Confidence in turning data and analytics into compelling narratives
