Job Description

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations on two of Tag’s Creative Production accounts. They will act as the glue between our clients and TAG teams, working alongside Project Managers to deliver best in class work. They will also support the Account Director and Group Account Directors in identifying opportunities and cultivating new client relationships on their respective accounts.

Job Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience working in creative agencies, production services or marketing functions
  • Experience in integrated production (broadcast, digital, print) is preferable
  • Experience on production shoots managing clients
  • Strong client facing and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • An outgoing, positive team player
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion
  • Good IT skills: Excel & PowerPoint to medium-advanced level
  • Good analytical and numerical skills - finance acumen
  • Strong client facing and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Understanding of technology tools such as workflow, automation and asset management tools is a plus
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills, capable of working well with peers in other teams
  • Proactive and can-do approach with demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • An outgoing, positive team player


Responsibilities
  • Oversee briefs from start to completion, ensuring quality at every stage. Work alongside Project Managers to manage budgets and timings
  • Manage the client relationship, assessing needs, making recommendations and managing budget and timeline
  • Be the central conduit for all project communication and status updates
  • Use creativity to solve client communication challenges, resolve service delivery issues and improve productivity
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks between two client accounts, adjusting to fluctuations in workload during peak periods
  • Support Account Director and Group Directors in identifying new business and organic growth opportunities, help in creating client facing proposals and presentations
  • Resolve issues escalated by the client and escalate significant issues to Account Directors and Group Account Directors
  • Develop quarterly client review presentations and use feedback received from client in those discussions to initiate account improvements
  • Accurately quote all jobs and keep the client updated regularly with any additional costs. Invoice all projects on final delivery
  • Assist in helping to manage cash flow & assist in preparing and reviewing the monthly invoices
  • Manage weekly finance reporting and assist in forecasting activities
  • Be able to analyze the monthly performance and progress reports, including expense management and achievement of financial targets
  • Understand site financial targets, analyze trends, identify shortfalls, and help to create action plans to recover revenue or cut expense
