Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Payroll Executive to work as part of their team in Ruabon
For the successful Payroll Executive our client is offering:
Salary of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum DOE
Day positions - Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 5.15 pm - Friday 4.15 pm
Permanent role with Full-Time and Part-Time candidates being considered
Every second Friday non-working
Free parking on-site
Training/development opportunities
The role - Payroll Executive:
Responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Ensure timely calculation and payment of wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits, garnishments).
Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other related payroll data for accuracy.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure that all employee information is updated in the payroll system.
Coordinate with the HR department for any changes in employee status (new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, etc.).
What our client is looking for in a Payroll Executive:
A deep understanding of payroll regulations and the ability to work closely with the HR and Finance departments - ESSENTIAL
Strong numerical abilities and proven experience in MS Office, in particular, Excel
Knowledge of month-end and year-end returns and balancing with the ability to perform manual calculations, as and when required - ESSENTIAL
