We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is a based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary plus a fantastic array of benefits.
Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest private hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located around Harley Street. We have approx. 1300 employees across 8 sites, where we cover a broad range of specialisms, including complex medical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.
Job Profile
As a Finance Analyst you will assist the Commercial Finance team in providing incisive, value-add financial information to allow the Senior Finance Analyst, Commercial Finance Manager and Board to achieve their financial targets. You will ensure all data is accurate and well presented to allow constructive challenge, and provide valuable insight to support the decision making process.
• Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.

£50,000 to £55,000 per annum
•
Location:
1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Baker Street and Regents Park stations) - this role will offer a hybrid working approach.

Key Duties
• The post holder will provide clear, consistent financial information with insightful analysis and commentary on a range of financial issues, including:
o Pricing, costing, profitability and activity analysis
o Post investment and decision-making reviews
o Business case development and analysis
o Financial modelling
o Dashboard development
o Payor contract analysis
o Supporting the creation of business cases and the development of new services across the Clinic
• Support month end close down and performance reporting.
• Review of actual monthly performance against prior year, forecast and budget.
• Prepare strong variance / bridge analysis, identifying key trends with commentary as required.
Skills & Experience
• Part Qualified or with strong experience in financial analysis
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Power Point and general IT skills
• Health care industry experience highly desirable
• Commercial industry experience highly desirable
• Experience with SQL highly desirable
