A high growth, global retailer based in Leeds are looking for a superstar Financial Controller to join on an initial contract basis. Working within the already successful finance team, you will support on managing accounts and specifically around retail contracts.

£400-450 per day, outside IR35

Based in Leeds, 3 days per week in office, 2 from home

6 month initial contract, likely to extend

About the role:

• Production of monthly management accounts.
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Provision of commercial finance insight
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide strategic financial guidance
• Translate financial data into clear and concise stories for senior management
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend course corrections
• Support with SOA and rebates

About you:

• Experience in a similar Financial Controller/Senior Finance Manager role
• Must have retail experience - understands retail contracts - SOA, rebates etc
• Must have experience with IFRS 15
• Strong communicator and able to present information
• Experience (and thrives) in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within a listed company would be desirable
• Must be able to commute to Leeds 3 days a week
