We are seeking a Credit Manager for our client in the Automotive Financial Services industry. The role is based in Sandton (offices might move to Isando).Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties:
- Carry out the brand sales maintenance, and jointly carry out the sales promotion;
- Actively expand the market, carry out industry research, regularly visit dealers, track and feedback market trends, propose special market improvement work, submit and implement marketing plans, and track, analyze and evaluate marketing effects and market responses;
- Be responsible for registration, storage, inspection, supplementation and update of promotional materials, as well as distribution, supplementation and update of promotional materials in dealer showrooms;
- Be responsible for promotion and implementation of company's new products and new policies, as well as promotion of online sales;
- Accept the network cooperation and credit application of dealers and institutional customers; conduct pre-loan investigations on customers in accordance with the regulations;
- Implement the dealer channel management related work;
- Implement the post-loan management of wholesale customers; be responsible for managing important business vouchers and materials according to the company's requirements; organize and carry out the customer certificate expiration maintenance, renewal and collection work;
- Be responsible for implementation of risk control measures; carry out follow-up inspection of the timeliness and authenticity of the company's vehicle mortgage handling; carry out authenticity inspections of other businesses; carry out risk identification, and track and handle regional business risks;
- Organize and implement repayment tracking, collection, litigation, preservation, and write-off management;
- Formulate and implement training plans for dealers at all levels;
- Be responsible for printing, collection and transmission of vouchers between the company and dealers;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.
Requirements:
- Matric or above.
- Major in finance, economics, accounting, management, etc.
- More than three years of relevant work experience but requiring no work experience for fresh graduates.
- Master the rules and regulations of commercial vehicle retail business, and carry out own work in accordance with the regulations of the system.
- Be familiar with the national macroeconomic and financial environment and the development trend of automotive financial industry and related industries.
- Be skilled in use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other common office software.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Be able to identify customer risks during face-to-face signature of contracts or customer return visits
- Master the basic theoretical knowledge of Principles of Finance, Bank Credit Management, Monetary Banking, Commercial Banking, Financial Analysis
