ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER (VPS3) | MELBOURNE

Contract: Until Jan 2025
Rate: VPS3 $48.59/hour +Super
Location: Melbourne, CBD

Role Overview:
Process supplier invoices and manage AP queries using Oracle Cloud Financials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Triage AP mailbox and respond to queries
• Enter and validate invoices using OCR software
• Process manual uploads and international payments
• Assist with grant-related payments
• Comply with relevant financial regulations

Requirements:
• Accounting qualification (or in progress)
• Experience in government sector
• Oracle Cloud Financials experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
