Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intermediate to Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing financials of all types, including complex transactions between multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns.
- Adhere to accounting standards and regulations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Identify and resolve accounting issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
