Key Responsibilities
- Processing of Timesheets and Expenses on weekly basis
- Prepare and process payment runs (in different currencies)
- Cash Book control and forecasting receipts and payments
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Invoicing, cash postings and Customer accounts reconciliation
- Credit card expenses processing and journal preparation
- Month End journals and reconciliations
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- To assist in driving best practice within the business
- Adhere to Group policies and processes within the department.
- Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the Financial Accountant
- Experience running month end journals and reconciliations.
- Experience dealing with balance sheet reconciliations
- Excellent excel skills and systems understanding
- A flexible team player with the ability to work proactively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work in a fast-moving environment.
- Previous experience within an Accounts role.
- Hold AAT level 2 or equivalent.
