They are looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Accountant to help maintain financial accuracy and integrity as they continue to grow. If you have a strong background in accounting and finance, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving, this may be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately record and classify financial data to maintain integrity in our accounting system.
• Reviewing Bank Reconciliations: Conduct thorough reviews of bank reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Preparation of Management Accounts: Generate and interpret monthly management accounts to support decision-making.
• Preparation of Financial Packs: Prepare comprehensive financial packs, providing valuable insights to senior management.
• Assisting with the filing of tax returns (PAYE, VAT and income tax) and tax payments to ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification (e.g., CA, CIMA, ACCA) preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong grasp of financial reporting and management accounts
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
