Introduction
Kempston Employment Solutions is looking for an Audit Clerk in the Kempton Park area.
Duties & Responsibilities
Audit the accurate capturing of inbound loads at the DC:

• Walk the floor and obtain paperwork to verify receipt of inbound loads
  • Verify Customer paperwork against load sheet and physical equipment received
  • Verify AOD in system and physical paperwork are aligned by equipment type and qty
  • Verify HU Labels are aligned with physical paperwork and AOD in system
  • Note and document with pictures any discrepancies and submit with reporting
• Check for and note any damages or process failures identified
• Complete audit of receiving loads at inbound
  • Ensure correct process followed
  • Ensure correct capturing of equipment and quantities before transaction closed
  • Complete audit form
  • Engage with inbound team to resolve issues raised
• Complete audit report based on findings and submit daily to CS Team
• Escalate to CS Team any issues identified during the course of the day
