A JSE-listed property company based in Johannesburg North is looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Group Accountant!Duties & Responsibilities
My client is a leading property company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, dedicated to excellence in property management, development, and investment. Their portfolio includes some of the most prestigious properties in the region, and they pride themselves on delivering outstanding value to their stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and strong with reporting.

Duties:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate the preparation of statutory accounts.
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Intercompany Transactions

Education and experience:

• BCom Accounting
• Completed articles is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a group accounting role
• Experience with consolidation and intercompany accounting is required
