Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering proactive solutions. Attend meetings to assess client goals effectively.
- Tax Services: Work on corporate advisory projects like restructuring, MBOs, and succession planning. Review tax returns for family businesses and corporate groups.
- Business Development: Engage with clients on tax matters and contribute to growing the firm’s client base through networking and events.
- Team Collaboration: Support colleagues with complex tax issues, assist in project planning, and work with Partners on advisory services.
- Growth: Stay updated on technical knowledge, share insights, and manage productivity, costs, and client billing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Simplify and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, collaborating to meet business goals.
- Experienced: Must hold a Chartered Accountant, ATT, or CTA qualification.
- Tax Specialist: Strong technical skills in business or mixed tax, capable of providing commercial tax advice and leading teams.
- Communicative: A people person with excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information and build client trust.
- Collaborative: A team player who shares knowledge, supports colleagues, and works well under tight deadlines.
- Adaptable: Comfortable with change and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, always seeking improvement.
