Customer Account Manager

Honiton area, EX14 - Dunkeswell



Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Hybrid work, 1 day per week in the Office and travel to see your clients required.

Duties will include:

Serve as the key point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Manage customer accounts.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Raise quotes for customers.
Maintain the ERP system.
Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, and modifications.
Raise bills of materials.
Engage with inactive customers and explore new opportunities to grow your accounts.

Requirements:

Must be dynamic and driven.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
Highly organised with the ability to calmly multi-task / juggle multiple account management projects at a time.
Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages.
Experience in a similar role would be preferred.
