Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for an Account Manager to join our industry leading Broxburn-based client on a permanent basis!

What's on offer: A full-time position with a wide range of benefits, including a competitive base salary of £35,000 per annum and a bonus structure in place

As an Account Manager, you will be working with international clients, as well as being responsible for:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers
• Boosting revenue via a mix of marketing and sales initiatives
• Developing strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
• Business development and new business acquisition
• Working to set KPIs

To be successful in this Account Manager role, you will have some experience of Account Management and commercial literacy, as well as:

• Customer-centred approach
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced/sales environment
• The ability to work to deadlines
