As a Senior Manager of Strategic Enablement within the Operational Effectiveness (OE) team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming end-to-end processes that are crucial to our success. Your role will involve leading initiatives that boost operational efficiency, enhance customer and employee experiences, and support strategic goals.

You'll have the opportunity to influence and drive key business outcomes by supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring operational continuity. Whether overseeing a team of professionals or leading project teams, you'll play a vital role in aligning actions with enterprise goals, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless change management. Your work will be instrumental in turning business strategies into impactful results.

Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This entails full time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees). This policy may be changed at the Company’s discretion.

This role is eligible for a £2500 new joiner bonus. If you are successfully referred by an employee at Travelers Europe, both you and the person who referred you could be eligible for this bonus.

What Will You Do?

  • Proactively identify opportunities and issues through root cause analysis, active listening, and engagement with stakeholders spanning multiple teams, business areas, and processes.
  • Identify and assess recommendations for process improvement opportunities, engaging key stakeholders to secure buy-in for implementation, and initiating and implementing large/multiple improvement opportunities.
  • Own and optimise the performance of assigned capabilities, business areas, and/or technologies, collaborating with stakeholders to request and obtain the necessary tools, resources, and funding to maximise business value.
  • Lead and influence the end-to-end execution of operational components for multiple/high complexity initiatives that have a broader impact across the line of business, including benefits monitoring and realisation.
  • Assist in prioritising efforts and advocating for resource allocation.
  • Coach team members on process improvement tools, methodologies, approaches, and foundational knowledge to ensure successful rollout and enhancements across all initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Be Committed, Be Connected, Be Creative and Be Energised - these are the values we are passionate about. Understanding and embracing our values will shape your success and contribute to making Travelers Europe a great place to work.

To be successful, you will need to consistently deliver a great experience in every customer contact; connect with the right partners internally to find creative solutions to problems; be a role model; and consistently deliver on your commitments.
