Job Title:
Financial Analyst

My client are recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join their team based in London (3 days)/ Hybrid (2 days) supporting one of the largest and highest profile accounts in our UK business.
The main responsibility of this role is to provide commercial, financial and administrative support, reporting to Divisional Finance Director.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Owning the financial modelling for the RFP of a £110m annual contract
Building and owning the Smart Facilities Management engineering reduction cost modelling
Tracking cost build ups of buildings
Tracking people costs
Working closely with the bid team on the financials required Person Specification

Have experience in financial modelling of cost models
Higher educational qualifications to ‘A’ level/HNC/D or degree would be beneficial or equivalent, as would previous experience in Commercial or Finance roles
Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint etc- intermediate to advance level
Confident with data analytics and Excel
Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Good negotiation skills - able to hold difficult conversations sensitively with customers and suppliers
Capacity to be influential and amenable including up and across in a matrix organisation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and systematic
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
Reliable and committed
Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities
