Company in the Flavors industry looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join their team

Minimum Requirements

Experience working in the Flavor and Ingredients sector in an operational position

Knowledge of all raw materials and packaging materials

HSE including the full compliance of FSSC22000

Working knowledge of SAP

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Purchase all materials local and International aligned with client forecast
• Ensure planning is aligned with clients forecasts and sales history ensuring on-time deliveries and stock on hand
• Handle all product returns and Credit Notes
• Work in conjunction with Regional head in preparing the budget for all activities withing the operations
• Pro-forma invoices, processing of sales orders and invoicing
• Pickings and repacking
• Align orders placed with the Finance Department to plant prompt payment and adherence to payment terms from suppliers
• Customer service - feedback regarding status of orders
