Are you an Auditor who wants to be a key member of a small firm?

My client is based in Altrincham and they are modern and forward looking in their methods and approach, whilst retaining all the traditional values expected of an established firm.

They are looking for an experienced Auditor to join their team and work closely with the Managing Partner of Audit.

You will need a positive proactive approach and to be a relationship builder.

You will be ACCA or ACA or equivalent qualified and have previous similar experience in a professional services firm. You will have a proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios they work with Limited Companies, Partnerships, LLPs and Sole Traders so you will have an interesting mix of clients.

Strong attention to detail and good problem solving skills are also required.

Your day will include:

Overseeing a wide ranging portfolio of audit clients combined with general accounts responsibilities.

Managing and delivering audit engagements from planning through to completion.

Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.

Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new business.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and quality work.

Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Work closely with the Managing Partner Audit to grow and develop the business.

Its a working Monday to Friday 9 to 5 role based in very nice offices and theres free parking too.
