We have been retained by a specialist international Manufacturer and Distributor within the Blackburn area to source a Financial Accountant for a 12 month fixed term contract. As a result of growth and expansion, our client is looking for someone to join the business to support the finance function.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, your main responsibilities will include:

* The compiling and interpretation of monthly management accounts.

* Month end analysis and reporting

* Forecasting analysis and consolidation

* Supporting board pack collation

Having worked in a manufacturer or distributor, you will have gained experience in consolidating information and data on an international scale and will be proven in challenging and questioning the numbers. You will be full or part qualified and will be an excellent communicator, keen to learn and looking for an opportunity to progress your career. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, be credible and can work autonomously
