Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week / 2/3 days hybrid

The Role:
As a Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in a fast-paced, evolving Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of month-end reporting, developing financial analysis, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You will have a direct impact on business growth by partnering with key departments to drive efficiency, manage costs, and continuously improve processes.

Key

Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end routines, margin analysis, and cost management
- Balance sheet reconciliations, WIP reporting, and deferred income posting
- Fixed asset management and ownership of management KPIs
- Partner with procurement to control overheads and identify savings
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Business partnering with department leads to ensure compliance and financial control

About You:
We’re looking for a motivated individual who is keen to grow and make a real impact. You’ll have a finance background, ideally working towards a CIMA/ACCA qualification, with strong communication, analytical, and IT skills, especially in Excel. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential, along with the ability to work independently and within a team.
