Financial Controller
Job Description
Location - Evesham
Salary; £50K - £60K (Dependant on Experience)
Hours of work - Full-time, 37.5, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Hybrid working option will be considered for a small element of the week.
Reporting to Director.
Summary
This role will be responsible for leading the Finance team and all Management Accounts.
Key responsibilities
* Finalising monthly management accounts
* Completion of P11Ds and supervision of payroll
* Micro Year ends for management company.
* Management of internal finance team, and Facilities & Contracts Manager
* Supervision of cash flow reporting
* Management of inter-company transactions and group transactions
* Supervise all other company reports and provide regular analysis and reporting.
* Budget comparison and analysis
Skills & Attributes
* Knowledge and understanding of group accounting and best practice.
* Knowledge of RICS and CMP would be preferred.
* Excellent communicator both in writing and verbally.
* Previous managerial experience.
* Strong systems experience, excellent user of Excel.
* Highly organised/able to work on own and use own initiative and supervise employees.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communicator, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Report writing skills.
* Good negotiator.
* A full clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
* Must be AAT qualified or relevant level CIMA or ACCA as a minimum.
