We are delighted to be recruiting for an Assistant Financial Planner on behalf of our client, a highly regarded Independent Financial Advisors based in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright individual who is looking to build a thriving career within the Financial Services Industry.
This two-year training programme has been specifically designed for the successful candidate to progress to an Assistant Financial Planner with the hope to qualify as a Financial Planner in the future.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a Financial Services Administrator, with exposure to supporting Financial Planner’s
* Chartered Insurance Institute Level 4 Diploma qualified in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent
* A genuine interest in financial planning and investment management and have the desire to progress within a well-established organisation
* Immaculate communication skills, written and verbal
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to draft letters and communicate complex matters with clients
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
