Main Duties:

As a Finance Manager, your main duties include:

* Preparing information for key stakeholders to support business planning and decision making

* Being a key business partner to a range of operational staff

* Maintaining accurate financial records, control systems, and policies to ensure that regulatory and statutory requirements are met

* Assisting in the review, development, and implementation of internal control systems

* Ensuring stakeholder issues are addressed and remedied

* Managing recruitment, performance, and development of departmental staff

* Contributing to special projects as appropriate

Location / Office / Culture

The role is hybrid based and situated in Worcester. The company operate from a modern office with a strong Finance Team. A flexible approach may be required for working outside of standard office hours.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* ACCA/CIMA/ACA or similar qualifications

* Knowledge of accounting standards and systems

* A strong ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
