CY Executive Exclusive - Director of Finance

As Director of Finance you will lead with all aspects of financial and operational strategy whilst reviewing systems and processes, implementing changes to improve efficiency. This will be a challenging role needing the post holder to be experienced in complex statutory reporting, ideally having worked in the ’not for profit’ or charity sector.

Duties will include:

* Provide leadership, advice and support to senior leaders and budget holders regarding all finance matters, processes and reporting.

* Budgets & financial planning

* Treasury & monitor investment portfolio

* Audit & statutory reporting

* Mentor and lead a small finance team

Requirements:

* ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified

* Experienced within a complex setting

* Positive and Collaborative approach

* Knowledge of Public Sector/Charity regulations
