As Regional Finance Manager you will be supporting the development and monitoring of financial systems and processes to safeguard the organisations financial interests ensuring accurate, useful and timely reporting in support of Group objectives. Suited to a fully qualified individual, With occasion travel to allocated sites.
* Manage the preparation of business information/advice for key customers and stakeholders to enable effective monitoring and to support decision making, business planning and effective financial management.
* Implement / Maintain accurate and complete financial records, control systems and policies to ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met including the effective management of supporting processes.
* Assist in the management of the review, development, implementation and monitoring of systems to ensure a robust control environment is maintained to safeguard the organisations interests.
* Develop / Maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders, ensuring issues and shortfalls are addressed and remedied in order to ensure the delivery of the standards required
* Manage the recruitment, performance management and development of quality staff to ensure strong teams are built who can deliver in line with business needs and individual accountabilities.
* Contribute to special projects and change programmes in support of the Group’s objectives
