We are recruiting for a Senior Accounts Assistant for an award-winning global leader in management software solutions, where innovation and excellence drives everything, they do. As part of a successful team, you’ll work alongside industry experts who are passionate about creating seamless, efficient solutions for our clients worldwide.
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll support a variety of finance operations, helping maintain our high standards and ensuring smooth processes across departments. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting financial health and compliance across the business.
Key
Responsibilities:
* Set up new customer accounts across all relevant systems
* Manage invoicing, issue customer statements, and handle supplier and customer queries promptly
* Support general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
* Oversee the finance inbox and ensure timely responses
* Assist in internal and external audits, working with the team to ensure compliance
* Manage credit control, assist with payment runs, and process staff expenses accurately
* Collaborate with HR on onboarding, finance-related tasks, and Health & Safety matters
What We’re Looking For:
* An organised and reliable team player with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines and deliver work of the highest standard
* Proactive communicator, both in writing and verbally
* Knowledge of accounting practices and experience with contract administration
* Competency in Google Workspace, Excel, Quickbooks, and Maximo is a plus
