I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a growing finance team. The role involves supporting various aspects of our finance function, contributing to the smooth operation of financial processes.

Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable by processing invoices, credit notes, payments, and handling company expense claims.
Support the credit control process, including cash receipt compilation, allocation, and reconciliation.
Help with financial reporting through ledger maintenance, control account reconciliation, and preparing accounts up to the trial balance level.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to implementing more efficient practices.
Provide timely and accurate administrative support across the finance department, ensuring smooth workflow.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders by offering relevant information and assistance.
Take an active role in developing skills and gaining experience in other areas of the finance function.
Assist colleagues and contribute to the wider success of the company by working towards shared goals.
Ensure all financial activities adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Carry out any additional tasks as required by management.The ideal candidate:
