NXTGEN is excited to be working with a leading accountancy practice in Ipswich to recruit an Outsourcing Manager for their Business Services team. This is an exciting and flexible opportunity, open to either part-time or full-time hours, for an experienced professional looking to make an impact in a role that goes beyond the typical practice position. You'll be working closely with a variety of key clients to improve not only the running of their finance function but being an instrumental part of preparing and reviewing management accounts, while managing and developing an already successful team.

If you're driven by building client relationships, delivering top-quality service, and guiding junior staff to help shape their careers, this opportunity could be an ideal fit. As Outsourcing Manager, you'll be pivotal in preparing management accounts, advising on process enhancements, and supporting system implementations. This new role has been created to meet the demands of a growing client base, offering the flexibility to shape it around your expertise. Whether you're looking to step up to a Manager role, take on a new challenge as an experienced Manager, or progress towards a Senior Manager position, this role offers the perfect next step.
