Buchan and London Recruitment are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our client a reputable maintenance service provider based in Basildon Essex on a permanent level this is an office-based role
Working hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm offering a salary of £27- £28k
Responsibilities;
• Providing support to the Purchase and Sales ledger Manager
• Processing supplier's invoices and time sheets
• Raising invoices to clients on the internal system (TABS)
• Liaising with clients where necessary
• Deal with any invoice queries
• Work with client invoice portals
• Processing consolidated invoicing
• Updating Sage
• General accounts duties
Requirements;
• Previous Accounts experience
• Must have experience using Sage or other Accounts software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
