This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the treasury management and online banking functions within the Bank. Oversees operation of treasury management systems and processes, including cash management, liquidity management, and risk management. Supervises a team of Electronic Banking Analysts and Specialists responsible for Business Online Banking setups, onboarding, second line support, and new product deployment. Ensures the efficient and effective onboarding of business customers onto all Treasury Management Products including Business Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay and Fastcheck. Responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and is involved in developing, documenting and implementing new processes and initiatives.

Management

Schedule staff and assign work to ensure superior customer service and all service level agreements are met.
Continually monitor process flow for efficiency and expediency.
Conduct regular staff and coaching meetings with direct reports; participate in department meetings.
Establish goals and work plans consistent with Bank needs; monitor/measure progress.
Manage all aspects of employee performance and provide necessary coaching and/or counseling.
Recruit, select, train and provide leadership and performance feedback for direct reports.
Recommend wage adjustments, staffing and work assignments.
Attend internal and external management meetings and represent the Bank at external functions and activities.

Treasury Management Services

Oversee Treasury Management Services within Electronic Banking (Online Banking, ACH, Positive Pay, Zelle, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, RDC, PFM) as well as Consumer Online Banking and all related products.
Oversee business online banking setups, onboarding, second line support and new product deployment.
Oversee ACH file originations
Manage and resolve customer, CCC and branch inquiries. Research problems, provide solutions, initiate appropriate inquiries and follow-up.
Review fraud trends and work with fraud vendor to mitigate any issues that might prove harmful to the bank and its customers.
Review various reports to ensure assessment of risk control, and income and expense control.
Perform monthly internal certification and department billings from all program processors.
Maintain working knowledge of all computer and technical enhancements, changes and regulations that affect operations. These include system specifications, security set up and maintenance, upgrades and compliance issues.
Assist with the implementation of appropriate controls to attain established operational objectives.
Assist with department audits.
Train, direct, and supervise staff to enforce and comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Protect the Bank against losses related to fraud.
Perform or oversee daily reconciliations and monthly certifications.
Manage and perform special projects, research and analysis as assigned by the Electronic Banking Manager. These projects may include new processes and/or new products that increase efficiency within the department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: 2 year / Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 5 years in banking with progressive responsibility. Treasury Management and ACH experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications: Valid Driver's License required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of general banking procedures and best practices.
Proficient knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
Ability to coach, train and develop employees.
Skills operating a personal computer particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Web/Internet usage.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. Indoor office work environment with a majority of time sitting at a desk.

Compensation:

The hiring range for this position is $63,855 to $95,781 on an annual basis. The compensation offered will fall within this range, commensurate with the candidate's applicable experience, education and skills.
