The Treasury Management Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for high-profile commercial customers, managing their complex treasury management relationships and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
Oversee the implementation and management of complex treasury management solutions, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Provide expert guidance on a wide range of treasury management topics, including SOX compliance, retail banking, fraud protection, and security risks.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, service, and sales) to identify and implement process improvements that benefit customers.
Offer creative solutions to address the evolving needs and challenges of commercial customers in the treasury management industry.
Proactively identify operational risks and recommend effective risk management strategies.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of treasury management products and their operational requirements.
Possess strong analytical and technical skills to assess customer needs and system compatibility.
Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services operations or treasury management, with a focus on external customer service.
3 years of experience working with treasury management, demand deposit, and account analysis products.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
